The major annual event of the Swedish Media market

During a few days in May the StockholmMediaWeek combines inspiration,
education and entertainment in a high quality format for all members of
the Swedish media industry. Besides presenting the top personalities of Swedish media, StockholmMediaWeek features the StockholmMediaAward.

This year StockholmMediaWeek took place at Hotel Rival in Stockholm
between the 7th and 8th of May 2008. During these days, the audience
met prominent speakers who shared their experience of the most current and relevant media topics.

StockholmMediaAward promotes and rewards the media industry’s most prominent players and corporations at a grand event and award ceremony. The big media party, StockholmMediaWeek by Night, with approximately 600 guests, was held at the Ambassadeur in central Stockholm.

StockholmMediaAward rewards innovative, creative and effective media solutions in five different categories. The StockholmMediaAward Ceremony, where the winners received their awards, took place on the 8th of May 2007.
